Terms & Conditions: Every $5 donated buys you one entry into prize draw. Any donation over $5 on any form on thf.org.nz made between 00:00am 1 April 2024 and 11:59pm 30 April 2024 will be entered into prize draw. For an entry to count a valid email is required. Winner will be selected on 1 May and will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours from the time of notification email being sent, a second draw will be made, and so on until a winner is confirmed. Winner will also be announced on Facebook and on thf.org.nz. Winner will receive 2 x $100 Prezzy Card. Winner must have a postal address in New Zealand. Taranaki Health Foundation staff and trustees are not eligible to win.
